About Dr Bari

Hello! I’m Dr. Bari Hartley. It’s lovely to virtually meet you.

My aim in bodywork is to combine loving presence and thoughtful care to help people integrate stress and live more expansive, joyful lives. Whether that means moving through acute pain or improving upon an already thriving system, my hope is to help you find greater ease, expanded awareness, and a restored sense of vitality.

My style is a blend of years of working with diverse bodies and constitutions. In sessions together, I generally begin with grounding and subtle energetic listening to find and begin to address areas of held tension. Then I’ll combine soft tissue releases, chiropractic adjustments, and cranial unwinding to restore balance to your system.

My adjustments are “Diversified” and I match them to my patients’ needs (more gentle, more dynamic, or perhaps not using traditional adjustments in areas of high trauma or anxiety). I also complete a year-long course of study with the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association) to better serve pregnancy and pediatric populations, and am certified in the Webster Technique for optimal fetal positioning during pregnancy.

After graduating from Northwestern Chiropractic in 2006, I’ve had the honor of working with patients in Minneapolis, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, and Oregon. While my practice is rooted in the specialized care of pregnancy and pediatric populations, I bring the thoughtful listening and observation cultivated helping my smallest patients to the expressive, intelligent bodies of patients of all needs, ages, genders, and backgrounds.

My intention is to create a healing space to meet people wherever they are on life’s path so that physical, chemical, and emotional blocks to vibrant health and love can be integrated. I look forward to getting to know you, learning what lights you up, and helping you cultivate more of that in your body and life!
